Flickering Issue Occurs When Using ClipMode as EllipsisWithTooltip

When using ClipMode as EllipsisWithTooltip in the Grid and when we hover the column header the flickering issue occurs.

Replication procedure:




1)  Run the sample
2)  Hover the inventor column header and move the cursor in-between the inventor header you will see the flickering issue.
