ITF (Interleaved 2 of 5) is a type of barcode that only encodes numbers. It is called "interleaved" because it encodes numbers in pairs, with one digit in the bars and the other in the spaces.

Key Points:

  • Only Numbers: ITF can only represent digits (0-9).
  • Used in Packaging: Commonly used on shipping boxes and cartons.
  • Dense: It’s efficient for encoding lots of numbers in a small space.
  • Requires Even Digits: If there’s an odd number of digits, a zero is added to the start.

Currently, our barcode control does not support creating this type of barcode. We need to provide support for creating ITF (Interleaved 2 of 5) type barcode.
