Integrate AI into ChatUI

I realize the ChatUI is in preview status, but it seems like a great candidate for AI enhancement.

  1. First, it could just provide suggestions for replies, which could be easily edited/overwritten.  
  2. Second, automatic translation along with suggested replies...so for instance, incoming texts can be translated by AI from English to Hindi with replies translating by AI from Hindi to English.  The new LLM's seem to do a much better job of translation than the old Google Translate.
Both use cases would seem to fit into the current 'human in the loop' paradigm.
