Support for headers and footers in server-side Excel exporting for Pivot Table

Our Syncfusion Pivot Table provides server-side exporting support using the server-side engine, enabling data export to Excel and CSV formats. However, the current server-side exporting functionality does not support adding headers and footers during the export process. This feature is already available in our built-in client-side engine export support for both Blazor and EJ2 Pivot Tables.

To enhance the server-side exporting capabilities, we propose implementing support for including headers and footers in Excel exports using the server-side engine. This improvement will ensure consistent functionality across both client-side and server-side exporting options.
