Enabling iteration option or displaying dialog box while circular reference is made

When the user enters a circular reference formula, with two or more cells referring to each other in our spreadsheet, a dialog box displays a circular reference error.

In MS Excel and Google Sheets, users are given the option to either enable iteration or display the error dialog box.

We need to provide an option for the user to choose between enabling iteration or displaying the dialog box when a circular cell reference occurs.
