Deselect Selected Segment in MAUI SfSegmentedControl

The MAUI SfSegmentedControl currently does not support deselecting a segment by clicking on the selected item. Adding a feature to deselect the segment upon clicking it again, either through an event or a property like AllowDeselect, would provide users with better flexibility in managing selections.
