Horizontal scroll jumps to starting point while scrolling after zooming actions

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Hover on chart side and do zooming action with two fingers in the mouse pad.
  3. Try horizontal scroll actions on right side .
  4. Observe that scroll bar jumps to starting point.

Note - Error occurred with enableTimelineVirtualization property.
