Provide support to set the BackgroundColor property of GradientLabel control in designer for NET Core

Need to provide support to set the BackgroundColor property of GradientLabel control in designer for NET Core. Currently, it is not working due to BrushInfo type using for the background, it is not serialized for the .NET projects.
