For an undefined value with ngModel, the mask placeholder is displayed instead of the normal placeholder

For an undefined value with ngModel, the mask placeholder is displayed instead of the normal placeholder. if the value property is used then the component works properly.

Replication procedure:

  • Run the sample.
  • See the component.

Expected Output: For an undefined value with ngModel, the placeholder needs to be displayed.

Current Output: For an undefined value with ngModel, the mask placeholder is displayed instead of the normal placeholder.
