Support for Custom Class Mapping in WinUI SfKanban

Introduce support for custom class mapping in the WinUI SfKanban control, allowing users to replace the default `KanbanModel` class with their own class and map properties to custom fields in the class.

And also populate Kanban Cards in custom order with sortable Order Property in KanbanModel
