Dock Port Support in EJ2 Diagram

Currently, in the Diagram, ports need to be pre-configured to dock connectors either initially or at runtime. We need to providing support for dock port creation similar to WPF ( 
https://help.syncfusion.com/wpf/diagram/port/port#dock-port) to create the port dynamically at runtime.
