Wrong week number is displayed on datepicker input

Steps to reproduce:

1.                      Run the sample

  1. Open the popup and select 15th december
  1. You can see the issue


Expected Behavior: Week number should be displayed proper.

Actual Behavior:  Wrong week number is displayed on datepicker input
