Support for setting percentage values to the x and y properties in the legendSettings of the Maps

Currently, the legend position of the Maps can only be set to pixels. So the Float position of the legend will crop when the Maps is resized. To avoid this, we need to support percentage values to the "x" and "y" properties in the "location" property of "legendSettings".
