Placeholder is not shown after clearing the value

Sample:  Ckfebz (forked) - StackBlitz


 

Validation Details:

Same issue occurs in JS platform and also particularly occurs while clearing the value using multiselect component clear icon.

Replication Procedure:

  • Run the sample
  • Clear the preselect value.
  • Now focus out the component.

Expected:   Placeholder should again update

Actual:   Placeholder is not updated
