Empty space is displayed after scrolling to top

Description:

after scrolling to top, the empty space is displayed with loading




Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the popup
  3. Select some values from the list.
  4. Now scroll to the bottom of popup.
  5. Now again scroll to top.

Expected:  A single Empty space shouldn’t display at the top of the popup

Actual:  Empty space is display at the top of the popup
