Incorrect Active Element When Setting sortOrder

Description:

When the sortOrder property is set, the active element is incorrectly determined. The first element is active by default when no sortOrder is applied. However, applying a sortOrder still causes the first element to remain active, which is inconsistent with the expected behavior.

Replication Procedure:

  • Run the sample.
  • Open the dropdown.
  • Now see the active element

Expected:   First element should be active

Actual:   Active is added to some other item.
