Support to show default features of Message (Author name, avatar, TimeStamp) with custom message template

In SfChat, when define custom "MessageTemplate" in sample, default features of message such as Author name, image, Timestamp are not shown with that custom message template.

Expected output:
Author name, avatar and Timestamp are should be displayed when define own message template.
