Provide the option to change the legend icon and label color when toggling visibility

Current Behavior: When we tap the legend item, it will display in the default grey color when it is in the disabled state.

Expected Behavior: Need to provide the option to change the gray color of the disabled legend item text and the legend item icon while toggling.
