Annotation Flip Improper in Exported Images

When exporting a diagram as PNG or JPG, annotations that have been flipped using specific flip modes become unreadable in the exported image. The flip modes applied to annotations based on label settings are not correctly rendered in the exported image, resulting in an incorrect orientation or positioning of the text.
