Support to customize stockchart rangeselector series

Currently, there is no support to specify a custom field for the series in the StockChart range selector. By default, the range selector renders a line series using the close value from the StockChart series.

We need to provide support for customizing the StockChart range selector series, including mapping the required field, specifying the series type, and other customizations.
