Double tap and rightclick callback support for selected area in Flutter SfMaps

Currently the only option of interaction with the area on the map is hovering over it or single click for selecting it. There are use cases when double tap on the area is beneficial or actually crucial to the use-case. The same goes to right click which can allow for more interactivity. I'm particularly interested in Flutter web, but it should be common in other environments too.
