Provide support for shift basis Scheduler in Vue

Currently, the Scheduler allows customization of the start and end times within a 24-hour range. However, there is no built-in option to accommodate scenarios where a single day is split into two shifts that extend into the next day.

For example, a user may want to divide a day into two sections: 6 AM to 6 PM for the first shift and 6 PM to 6 AM (the next day) for the second shift.

Please consider supporting shift-based scheduling scenarios and providing options to customize the Scheduler accordingly.
