Provide FilterBy support In blazor Dropdown Tree component

The current filtering functionality in the Dropdown Tree component operates based on the "Text" value. Need to provide support for filtering by the "ID" field needs to be implemented by introducing a FilterBy property to specify the desired filtering field.
