Support for Selected List Formatting in Rich Text Editor

Currently, when a user selects a portion of an ordered list (OL) and applies unordered list (UL) formatting, the entire list is converted to an unordered list. This enhancement aims to provide support for applying list formatting only to the selected portion of a list, ensuring that the rest of the list remains unchanged. This improvement will enhance user experience.
