Retain zoom on page change in single page layout mode

By default, in single-page layout mode, if a PDF page is zoomed in and the user navigates to another page, the new page will reset to the default zoom level instead of retaining the zoom factor from the previous page. This feature introduces an option for users to choose whether to retain the zoom across all pages or reset it to the default zoom on each page.
