White Background appears suddenly when we scroll back to the top position

White Background appears and disappears suddenly when we scroll back to the top position

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample
  2. open the popup and Scroll down 
  3. And scroll back to the top position
  4. You can see the white background appear and disappear suddenly on scrolling

 

Expected Behavior: The white background should not appear when scrolling back to the top position.

 

Actual Behavior: White Background appears suddenly when we scroll back to the top position
