Properties pane positioning option

We had many customers complaining about the fact that the properties pane take so much space being in the right side of the screen. it makes the space for the content smaller.

it will be nice to have the option to choose between showing the properties pane in the right or in the top (just below the toolbar), similar to what we can find in Microsoft word or Google Docs.
