Blazor Diagram - Allow new layers beside HTML and SVG layers

When creating a diagram with images on html layer and connectors that are above (top most Z-Index) and some connectors below (bottom Z-Index), it makes it challenging to design a diagram with these constraints. 


Please allow the creation of more layers that can be designed for these custom requirements.
