Provide the wrap support for the long text in Slider ticks

When using Slider with custom text for ticks, the long text provided causes overlapping between adjacent ticks.

To address this, it is proposed to:

  1. Provide a built-in feature to manage long text for ticks without overlaps.
  2. Include alignment and width customization options for individual ticks, ensuring uniformity across all tick positions.
  3. Enable responsive handling of ticks to maintain proper rendering during browser resizing.
