Selected value is not loading after scrolling the popup

Description:

Selected value is not loading after scrolling. This issue occurs with the combination of virtualization, checkbox and item template.


Sample: Pm4ggn (forked) - StackBlitz

Customer sample:  Gkbrcr (forked) - StackBlitz





Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the popup
  3. Select some values from the list.
  4. Now scroll to the bottom of popup

Expected:  Selected value should maintain in the popup

Actual: Selected value is loading after scrolling to top.
