Support to change the position of Assistant node in Orgchart Layout

In the diagram, while rendering an organizational chart layout, the assistant node is currently positioned to the left of its parent node by default, however, there is a need to provide support for the right side positioning option for the assistant node to enable flexible placement based on user preferences.
