Z-index order changes are not reflected at the UI level with Undo Redo commands

Performing Z-order changing commands like sendToBack, bringToFront, sendBackward, and bringForward works fine until undo-redo operations are handled, leading to the changes not reflecting at the UI level. However, the Z-index values are updated correctly in the code-behind for SVG nodes.
