Provide double click event for Blazor ListView component

Introduce an event in the Blazor ListView component that triggers on double-clicking a list item. This event would allow users to execute custom logic specifically tied to double-click interactions, distinct from single-click actions.

Use Case:
When a user double-clicks a list item, it can trigger a dialog displaying the details of the selected item. This functionality enables developers to create intuitive and efficient user interactions, such as presenting additional information, editing options, or any other custom operations tied to double-click events.
