Clear Icon is displayed even there is masked placeholder

Description:

Clear Icon is displayed if value is not selected and even when placeholder is displayed

Sample with datepicker: Gue6iy (forked) - StackBlitz  

Same issue occurs with Datetimepicker

Sample with datetimepicker: Errqvg (forked) - StackBlitz



Customer is expecting to show the clear button only if value in the component.


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Focus the component

Expected:  Clear icon should not visible, if there is no value

Actual: Clear icon is visible, if there is mask placeholder
