Provide support to control quick popup display in mobile view for Schedule Component

Description: In the Schedule component's mobile and tablet views, the quick event popup currently defaults to a full-screen format. To enhance user experience and ensure layout consistency, especially on larger tablet screens, it would be beneficial to introduce a property allowing users to control the display of the quick popup. This feature would enable the popup to appear as a compact overlay—similar to the desktop view—rather than as a full-screen window, if preferred.
