DropdownList Shows Empty Popup on Initial Open with Swedish Culture and System Language Settings Applied

Description:

When applying Swedish culture settings to the DropdownList and setting the system language to Swedish, the dropdown initially displays an empty popup on its first open


Sample: Sample


Replication Procedure:

  1. Include the Swedish culture in the preferred language in system setting.
  2. Clean the project and Run the sample.
  3. Now open the popup

Expected:  Item should load properly

Actual:  Empty popup is displayed
