[iOS] Text selection handles not positioned properly when rotating the text in the zoomed area.

1. Add the text and set the RotatableElements as Text in SfImageEditor.

2. Zoom the image.

3. Rotate the Text by using the handles.

4. Now the selection handles not positioned properly.
