Page size (number of records count) to based on only lowest level ChildNodes

Add support for a Page Size Mode that applies pagination only to the lowest-level child nodes (leaf nodes) in a hierarchical grid. When enabled, the page count and page size will be based solely on the count of leaf nodes, excluding parent nodes from pagination calculations. For instance, if PageSize is 10, only 10 leaf nodes will be displayed per page, while the parent structure remains visible for context. This feature aims to improve usability for data-heavy hierarchical grids.
