Provide Support for DropdownWidth of SfComboBox within SfTextInputLayout

Need to provide support for the DropdownWidth property of SfComboBox when placed inside SfTextInputLayout in .NET MAUI. Currently, setting DropdownWidth does not apply, and the dropdown width defaults to the width of the control. We require the same behavior as in Xamarin, where the dropdown width can be customized separately from the control width.
