Numeric textbox doesn’t accept negative sign

Description:

Numeric textbox doesn’t accept negative sign, while pressing enter the typed negative value is converted into positive value

Sample: Sample

 

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Type negative value (-100).
  3. Now click on enter key 

Expected:  Negative value should maintain

Actual:  Negative value is converted into positive value
