Trigger event before opening the signature dialog

When opening the signature dialog, the `beforeOpen` event in the dialog is triggered. Within this event, we need to expose the event in the PDF Viewer. Additionally, we need to provide an API to set the signature values. If this API contains a value, we should draw it on the canvas and enable the footer accordingly.
