Provide support for auto-scroll of carousel items in .NET MAUI SfCarousel

Need to add support for auto-scrolling in the .NET MAUI SfCarousel control when items are bound. This feature would enable the control to automatically transition between items at a customizable interval, enhancing user experience and making it suitable for displaying dynamic content or featured items in a hands-free, visually appealing manner.
