Consider adding a new Attachments panel in the vertical toolbar

Even if attachments can't be viewed in the WPF PdfViewer itself, a built-in panel to extract, add or remove attachments would be a very welcome addition. Once extracted, the user can open attachments in the default application. The UI could be similar to the Layers or Bookmarks panel, and there is an equivalent feature in Adobe and Foxit software:
