Provide support for offset calculation based on duration units

When using minutes, hours, or days as the durationUnit in the Gantt chart, users encounter issues with taskbar drag-and-drop, where offset values are not properly validated and return decimal values. Therefore, provide support for offset calculation based on all the duration units in the Gantt chart.
