Support Card Template TapGestureRecognizer with Dragging Functionality in .NET MAUI Kanban

Adding tap gesture for card template prevents the card from dragging. To address this, includes an ItemTapped event that allows retrieval of tapped card item details like column, data and index.

 

Expected functionalities:

 

Single Tap: The card should handle single tap actions independently.

Long Press: This action should use to drag cards across columns.
