Need to provide support for virtual scrolling with text wrap on the treegrid

Currently, we have support for the AllowTextWrap feature in the treegrid, so we need to enhance support for the virtualization feature with AllowTextWrap in the treegrid.

When enabling text wrap, the height of the TreeGrid adjusts based on each row’s height and the total number of records. If any record’s content exceeds the defined width, AllowTextWrap increases the row height accordingly. However, this can sometimes lead to the last record not being fully visible if the row height changes unexpectedly.
