We need to optimize the event Template in the React Schedule component to avoid unnecessary re-renders

Issues Replicating steps:

Run the attached sample.

Drag and drop any event.

Notice that the schedule event re renders, causing flickering issues.

Note: The issue occurs only when using a template without the template, it works properly
