Support for asynchronous methods by IPdfExternalSigner

The interface IPdfExternalSigner is often used to interact with a remote computer or external device, making it an ideal candidate for asynchronous operation. Many .NET objects have started to remove synchronous methods, including HttpClient. Unfortunately, IPdfExternalSigner does not allow the Sign method to return a Task.
