Mention suggestions for continuous typing of the Mention Character

Currently, the Mention popup will only appear when the `mentionChar` character is entered with a space before it. Needs to provide a feature that would trigger the Mention suggestion when the Mention character is used continuously.



Also, Need to provide support for filtering out mention characters if they are present in the data source.
