Selection is inconsistent when used with SelectedRowIndex

While using SelectedRowIndex property in DataGrid. Selected rows is not maintaining it keeps on refreshing.


Replication:

Run the attached sample.

Initially 0 index will be selected.

Then select any other row and press then selection moves to 0 index again
